Indian 3W market is projected to grow to ₹14,000 crores in FY23 with electric 3Ws (L5 segment) comprising around 20% penetration at ₹4,500 crores. With upcoming products slated for later this year, the ONLY ELECTRIC Last-Mile Transportation Company aims to grab a leading position in this space. The ten-year-old Bengaluru-based company has been investing heavily in the Research and Development of EV technology, bringing disruptive innovation into the space.

Dr Amitabh Saran, Founder & CEO of Altigreen said, “Range anxiety is one of the biggest concerns for electric vehicle owners and potential buyers. This is a bigger challenge for small-format vehicles that deliver essential goods and perishables. Frequent charging is out of the question since EV charging infrastructure is still at a nascent stage in our country. Essentially, we need holistic solutions, not tomorrow but today. Therefore, we designed the vehicle around a larger Lion battery pack (11kWh versus the market competition at 8kWh) and used our technology leadership (26 global patents owned by Altgreen) to ensure the highest regeneration of energy and thus, maximum mileage. Today’s inter-city run reinforces our commitment towards “Peace of Mind” electric drives.
