Two new electric scooters have been introduced by Odysse, an EV manufacturer. The two new E-scooters launched are Odysse V2 and V2+ which are available at a price point of Rs 75,000 ex-showroom in India. These scooters consist of dual water-resistant IP 67 certified batteries and offer a range of 150 km per charge.
These electric scooters are available in three color variants. They include features such as an anti-theft lock, LED lights, a 12-inch front tyre, passive battery cooling, and more. Odysse already has 4 electric two-wheelers which are the E2go, Racer, Hawk+, and Evoqis. Two more electric vehicles are planned for the company’s lineup this year.
Nemin Vora, CEO of Odysse, said, “It gives us great pride to be launching Odysse’s V2 & V2+. India is transitioning towards clean mobility and with Odysse we want to bring about a change in how people commute. The newly launched Scooter is a step forward to strengthen our product portfolio, where electric scooters are consistently witnessing an encouragingly high demand.”
He added, “Odysse V2+ with its 150 km mileage will resolve customers from Range anxiety along with providing them refreshing colour and amazing features.”
It’s also worth noting that Odysse, in addition to its Ahmedabad facility, has opened production facilities in Mumbai as well as Hyderabad. The company hopes to have over 100 dealers by the end of 2022.
