Atul Greentech Private Limited (AGPL) partners with Honda Power Pack Energy India Private Limited and Valeo for developing electric vehicles with battery swapping solutions.
Atul Greentech will develop a prototype version of its passenger and cargo three-wheelers equipped with a swappable battery pack of Honda Mobile Power and the powertrain system of Valeo. Once the field trials are completed, AGPL will launch the electric vehicle.
Honda Power Pack Energy India Private Limited is Honda’s subsidiary for battery sharing service. It offers battery sharing service for small mobility and is working to accelerate the penetration of electric vehicles by solving three issues of electric vehicles: limited range, long charging time, and high cost of batteries.
