e-Ashwa Automotive under its brand e-Ashwa launches a series of electric vehicles for business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) markets. The company was selling electric vehicles of other brands in the market through tie-ups for the past 3 years. Recently, the company set up its manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
e-Ashwa rolled out 12 electric two-wheelers and 8 electric three-wheelers models. The company has around 630 exclusive outlets and other franchisees in the country.
e-Ashwa Automotive, Founder and CEO Vikas Gupta, said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of our own electric vehicles brand in the market under our own registered brand e-Ashwa. The brand has grown multi-fold in the past two years and with the launch of our own EV products, we aim to strengthen our leadership position in the market as a serious EV player and tap the untapped markets.”
The demand for electric vehicles is rising in markets and favorable policies by central and state governments have made it possible to launch self-manufactured vehicles.
Several low-speed electric scooter models have been launched by the company including, Joy, e-Ashwa, Blossom, Dangus, and others. Cargo three-wheelers and passenger three-wheelers have been launched for small businesses and auto drivers and made available in the market.
