In the second half of the current fiscal year, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation will launch an all-new Outlander (crossover SUV) in a plug-in hybrid model (PHEV) in Japan. It will roll out the same model in the second half of 2022 in the US market.
With the new version, there is an improvement of motor output and increased battery capacity from the existing model. This gives Outlander PHEV, better road results and a significant driving range. It can now also accommodate seven passengers due to the integrated components, newly developed platform, and optimized layout presenting a utility and a new level of comfort in the SUV.
