Zypp Electric is India’s leading last-mile delivery EV startup, founded in 2017 with a mission to make India carbon-free by using electric scooters. The company is all set to launch India’s first cargo two-wheeler in the electric vehicle sector for the last mile delivery. The bike is a heavy-duty one which has been designed for last-mile logistics with a loading capacity up to 250kg and an average mileage of 120 km alongside a 40 Ah battery capacity. It is fitted with swappable batteries and can support dual battery systems. To begin with, the scooter will be initially launched in the Delhi NCR region.
It has a colored display digital panel and metal body design with limited plastic for durability.
The scooter is suitable for B2B last-mile deliveries, and features modern technologies like AI (Artificial Intelligence) and IOT (Internet of Things) to track vehicles and batteries and drivers.
The e-scooter offers many modern features with easy integration into the native IT systems of logistics partners, e-commerce companies and food delivery operators, providing real-time insights such as: distance covered, usage parameters, average utilization, wear & tear and team predictions.
