Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has launched an Early Booking Program for three battery-swapping electric motorcycle models in the Philippines, marking a significant step in its Southeast Asian expansion strategy.
The company announced that customers can place advance orders for the VinFast Evo, VinFast Feliz II, and VinFast Viper from June 10 to July 18, 2026, through its official website and dealership network across the country. Buyers who participate in the early booking campaign will receive incentives worth PHP 5,600 with a booking fee of PHP 3,000.
The launch comes less than a month after VinFast introduced the same lineup in Indonesia, highlighting the company’s rapid efforts to build a comprehensive electric mobility ecosystem across the region.
VinFast is offering flexible ownership options, allowing customers to either subscribe to batteries with battery-swapping privileges or purchase vehicles with batteries included. The Evo starts at PHP 70,000 under the battery subscription model, while the Feliz II and Viper are priced from PHP 72,400 and PHP 81,900 respectively.
Vehicle deliveries are expected to begin in July 2026.
Speaking on the launch, Vo Thi Cam Tu, Managing Director of VinFast E-Motorcycles Overseas Market, said the Philippines remains a key market in the company’s global electric two-wheeler growth strategy. She added that VinFast will continue investing in products, charging infrastructure and customer services to support the transition to electric mobility.
The three e-motorcycles are designed to cater to varying customer needs. The sporty Viper targets younger riders and features advanced technologies such as a Smart Key system, TFT display, projector headlamps and premium rear suspension. The Evo and Feliz II, meanwhile, focus on practicality, affordability and urban commuting efficiency.
All three models are powered by a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor. The Viper and Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h, while the Evo offers a top speed of 80 km/h.
The motorcycles feature dual battery compartments capable of housing up to two 1.5 kWh LFP batteries, providing a maximum range of up to 150 kilometres under standard conditions. Customers opting for the subscription model will pay PHP 439 per battery each month, while battery swaps are priced at PHP 35 per battery.
To support its battery-swapping ecosystem, VinFast is working with charging infrastructure developer V-Green to deploy battery-swapping stations throughout the Philippines. Users can also charge batteries at home.
With the Philippines being one of Southeast Asia’s largest two-wheeler markets, VinFast sees strong growth potential for electric motorcycles. The country joins Indonesia, India, Thailand and Malaysia as one of the company’s five priority international markets for electric two-wheelers in 2026.
The latest launch further strengthens VinFast’s regional green mobility ambitions as it expands its portfolio of electric vehicles, e-bikes, e-motorcycles and electric buses across global markets.
