Statiq, a prominent electric vehicle (EV) charging network, has teamed up with Cube Stop Highway Rest Areas to improve EV charging infrastructure along the country’s highways.

As part of this collaboration, Statiq will deploy EV charging stations at various Cube Stop Highway Rest Areas, starting with Anantapur on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru Highway (NH44). These charging stations will be accessible to the public and will cater to a wide range of vehicles, including both 4-wheelers and heavy vehicles. With Cube Stop strategically located along major highways, the partnership aims to broaden access to EV charging facilities for a wider demographic of EV users, alleviating concerns about range anxiety during long intercity journeys.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Cube Stop,” stated Akshit Bansal, Founder & CEO of Statiq. “At Statiq, we foresee a future powered by renewable energy. Through alliances like this, our goal is to accelerate the adoption of clean energy by expanding EV charging infrastructure along the nation’s highways. This collaboration perfectly aligns with our mission to ensure that EV charging is accessible, convenient, and reliable for everyone.”
