Expanding its collaboration with Zomato, BLive, a leading multi-brand EV platform, has deployed 30 Ather EVs for Zomato deliveries in Ahmedabad. This move is part of their broader mission to grow their EV fleet across 20 Indian cities. The initiative reflects a joint commitment to sustainability, aiming to reduce the carbon footprint in the delivery ecosystem by transitioning from conventional vehicles to eco-friendly EVs.

BLive is focused on addressing EV scarcity by providing comprehensive solutions for last-mile delivery companies, with a particular emphasis on Tier II cities to bridge the supply gap and meet the demands of last-mile delivery services. The strategic partnership with Zomato, initiated in July, initially launched the EV initiative in Hyderabad, marking a significant move towards a sustainable future for food delivery in India.

Samarth Kholkar, CEO and co-founder of BLive expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating that the objective is to transform the delivery industry by integrating EVs into Zomato’s operations. He highlighted the enthusiasm for green delivery solutions in Ahmedabad and emphasized that this partnership signifies a significant step towards a cleaner and greener future in the delivery ecosystem, demonstrating BLive’s commitment to environmental sustainability and business innovation.

He emphasized the positive environmental impact of electric vehicles and expressed anticipation for the transformative change Ather’s electric scooters will bring to the city’s delivery landscape.

As India’s first multi-brand EV platform, BLive plays a crucial role in promoting electric mobility adoption nationwide. Featuring over 40 brands on its digital platform, BLive offers an omnichannel experience, including an E-commerce store and premium experience stores across the country.

The company aims to expand its footprint to 100 premium multi-brand stores by 2024, offering a diverse range of EV products and services, from E-Scooters and E-cycles to Delivery Ebikes and other unique form factors. BLive also facilitates EV adoption for both personal and business use by providing charging infrastructure, post-sales services, and easy financing options.
