Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), has initiated a bidding process to select a service provider for the deployment of 2,000 electric cars across India.
The deadline for bid submissions is October 13, 2023, with bid opening taking place on the same day.
The electric vehicles will be deployed in two distinct zones, referred to as Zone 1 and Zone 2. Interested bidders are required to provide a bid security of Rs 41.38 million for each zone.
Bidders have the option to submit proposals for one zone or both zones.
Additionally, there is a possibility of dividing the quantity or issuing parallel orders to a maximum of two bidders for each zone, provided their pricing matches.
The chosen bidder must fulfil the delivery within one year from the issuance of the Letter of Award.
