Godawari Electric Motors, renowned for their Eblu line of electric two and three-wheelers, has officially introduced their inaugural family-oriented e-scooter, the Eblu Feo, marking their entrance into India’s electric two-wheeler market. Pre-orders for the Eblu Feo kicked off on August 15, 2023, with deliveries set to commence on August 23, 2023.
The e-scooter will be available in a sole variant, retailing at a competitive price of Rs 99,999/- for customers. Notably, the company presently offers the Eblu Rozee (an EV three-wheeler in the L5M category), alongside the Eblu Spin and Eblu Thrill (e-bicycle) range, establishing a diverse presence in the nation’s cycling landscape.
Commenting at the launch, Mr. Hyder Khan, CEO, Godawari Electric Motors, said, “Eblu Feo has been designed from scratch at the company’s Raipur facility and features a timeless design and focuses on offering superior comfort. It is specifically aimed to be a family-oriented scooter with a blend of performance and safety with great value for money price. With our foray into the EV two-wheeler segment, Godawari Electric Motors will further strengthen its commitment to the next generation of mobility in India.” He further added, “We have been buoyed by the response to our existing EV products and with a robust retail network pan-India, we will able to cater to the demand of a wide customer base. EV two-wheeler segment has seen remarkable progress in the past couple of years in India and we are confident that Eblu Feo will be able to meet the expectations and aspirations of families and the next generation buyers.”
In the upcoming month of September 2023, the company is gearing up to unveil its e-loader model, the Eblu Reino. Underlining their commitment to growth, the company has made substantial investments in expanding its network, presently encompassing 50 dealerships nationwide, and with a target to achieve 100 dealerships by the conclusion of this fiscal year.
