Altigreen Demonstrates Strong Reliability with Successful Range Drive Campaign in Delhi

India’s top commercial electric vehicle manufacturer, Altigreen, showcased its exceptional reliability and unmatched performance during the successful conclusion of its Range Drive Campaign in Delhi. The campaign achieved an impressive feat, covering a distance of 120 kilometers with 30% State of Charge (SOC) remaining after the drive. The journey commenced from Altigreen’s Okhla dealership store and concluded at the company’s dealership store in Gurugram. The remarkable results further demonstrate Altigreen’s commitment to providing reliable and efficient electric vehicles to its customers.

Altigreen’s Range Drive Campaign showcased the remarkable capabilities of its High Deck Orange vehicle and Low Deck Green vehicle, both of which proved their efficiency during the set distance. Following a strategically planned challenging route with halts at Palwal, Sohna, and Rajiv Chowk, the Low Deck Green Vehicle traveled 120 kilometers with an impressive 35% battery charge remaining. Meanwhile, the High Deck Orange Vehicle demonstrated its resilience, concluding the same distance with a commendable 32% battery charge. The campaign exemplified Altigreen’s commitment to delivering high-performance electric vehicles with exceptional range and efficiency.

Altigreen’s Range Drive Campaign showcased the impressive performance and technology of its Green LD and Orange HD electric vehicles. Both vehicles, carrying a mixed load of 450 kg, demonstrated their efficiency by covering the set distance in the streets of Delhi and surrounding areas. During the drive, the Green LD utilized 66% of its battery, while the Orange HD consumed 69%.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the key strength of Altigreen’s neEVs (next-generation electric vehicles): their on-ground range. Throughout the event, Altigreen’s commitment to excellence and performance was evident, as the vehicles navigated through multiple loading and unloading stops seamlessly.

The Range Drive Campaign garnered attention from influential platforms like Behind the Wheel, Gadreji Information, and many more, further emphasizing the significance and impact of Altigreen’s electric vehicles in the market.

Speaking on the occasion, Altigreen’s Director – Sales, Service & Marketing, Debashis Mitra  said, “I am extremely pleased with the success of our Range Drive Campaign in Delhi. The city is the largest EV market in India, which has accounted for the highest electrification rate in the last 3 years, thanks to the Delhi Government’s push for EVs through local state subsidy.

The campaign was our attempt to successfully negate the myth around electric vehicles’ range and make a strong statement to prove that EVs can match the performance and range of their ICE counterparts while transitioning towards green mobility. Altigreen’s key USP has always been range, and to prove this on the ground, the challenge was undertaken by our esteemed customers, and the vehicle delivered 120 km range in a single charge with a 450 kg load with 30 % battery left.”
