As part of Volkswagen India’s network expansion strategy, the company has inaugurated three new touchpoints in Delhi NCR. These strategically located touchpoints in Dwarka, Paschim Vihar, and Gurugram aim to enhance the accessibility of the Volkswagen brand to customers in the National capital region.
Volkswagen India responds to the rising demand for its cars in the Delhi NCR region by introducing newly designed sales touchpoints at three locations. The city stores in Dwarka and Gurugram are dedicated to serving customers interested in purchasing new Volkswagen vehicles. Additionally, the touchpoint in Paschim Vihar focuses on pre-owned car customers through Das WeltAuto, offering services for buying, selling, or upgrading to a new Volkswagen car. These new touchpoints aim to provide a seamless and convenient experience to Volkswagen customers in the National capital region.

Following the inauguration of the new sales touchpoints, Volkswagen’s network in Delhi NCR has expanded to include 12 sales and 08 service touchpoints. The operations of Volkswagen Dwarka and Paschim Vihar will be led by Mr. Vaibhav Jain, Managing Director of Liftech India Pvt. Ltd., while Volkswagen Gurugram will be under the guidance of Abhishek Gupta, Managing Director of Triumph Auto Pvt. Ltd. Together, these three locations will have a team of 50 dedicated members serving Volkswagen customers in the region. The strengthened network aims to enhance customer accessibility and provide top-notch services to the Volkswagen community.
