Matter, a start-up focusing on tech innovation, has partnered with OTO, a digital commerce platform and financing platform for 2-wheelers, to offer consumers affordable and flexible financing options for the AERA, a 22nd-century motorbike. The partnership is aimed at making electric 2-wheelers accessible in the Indian market. Finance for Matter AERA can be accessed with a click of a mouse through the OTO mobile app and website. Booking of the AERA is also made possible at the same time. This initiative takes a step forward in offering digital two-wheeler financing to customers via a paperless procedure at their convenience.

Electric scooters have seen a massive shift in the Indian two-wheeler industry. With the right electric motorbikes available, we can see a rapid transition to E-Motorbikes. As of June 22, the value and volume of two-wheeler loans have grown by 10.6% year-over-year. The companies want to lead the way in India’s electric vehicle revolution by offering flexible financing options for the country’s two-wheeler market, which accounts for 65% of the total. The increase in two-wheeler loans indicates that people are more willing to buy electric two-wheelers. This is good news for the economy and environment.
