Renault Group has revealed the Renault 4 Roland-Garros E-Tech electric show car, marking a stylish and technology-driven highlight ahead of the 2026 Roland-Garros French Open. The model will make its global debut at the tournament venue on May 18.

Celebrating its fifth consecutive year as a premium partner of the French Open, Renault has introduced the show car as a tribute to the iconic tennis tournament. The vehicle blends “sport-chic” styling with advanced electric mobility, reflecting both performance and elegance.

The Renault 4 Roland-Garros E-Tech electric features a distinctive Glacier White exterior with contrasting black roof elements and Terracotta accents inspired by the clay courts of Roland-Garros. It also includes 18-inch diamond-cut wheels and unique branding elements that reinforce its connection to the tournament.

One of the standout features is the Plein Sud version’s electric-powered canvas roof, offering an open-air driving experience. Inside, the cabin is designed with sustainability in mind, using fully recycled upholstery materials with a technical sportswear-inspired finish. Design details such as a tennis racket-inspired gear selector and clay-coloured elements further enhance the thematic appeal.

Renault confirmed that the production version of the model is expected to be available by autumn 2026.

In addition to the show car, Renault will showcase other electric models at the tournament, including the Twingo E-Tech electric and the Renault 5 E-Tech electric Roland-Garros special edition. These vehicles highlight the brand’s broader push toward electrification in the urban mobility segment.

As the official transport partner for Roland-Garros, Renault will deploy a fleet of 188 vehicles during the event, with 88% being electrified. The lineup includes Scenic E-Tech electric and Rafale hybrid models, along with autonomous electric shuttles developed in collaboration with WeRide to transport spectators.

The unveiling underscores Renault’s commitment to combining innovation, sustainability, and brand engagement through high-profile global events.
