TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a leading global two- and three-wheeler manufacturer, marked its landmark second year at Gujarat’s Rann Utsav by curating motorcycling-led experiential tourism initiatives, positioning the Rann of Kutch as a global destination for riders and adventure enthusiasts.
Building on its debut association with the festival last year, TVS Motor brought together more than 100 riders, including international participants from Italy and Mexico, for community rides, motorsports experiences, and bespoke motorcycle showcases across the iconic white salt plains and scenic desert routes. The initiative highlighted the growing role of motorcycling in experiential tourism and destination branding.
Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi said the Rann Utsav continues to redefine how destinations are experienced by blending culture, landscape, and innovation. He noted that collaborations with industry leaders like TVS Motor help strengthen India’s experiential tourism narrative and expand the global appeal of the Rann of Kutch.
TVS Motor Chairman Sudarshan Venu said the initiative aligns with the vision of promoting India’s destinations and experiential tourism globally. He added that motorcycling-led adventures offer a unique way to showcase India’s cultural heritage and landscapes on the global tourism map.
A key highlight of the event was the first-ever West Chapter ride by the TVS Apache Owners Group (AOG) and TVS Ronin CuLT community, with riders traveling from Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad. The long-distance ride reinforced the Rann of Kutch as a destination best explored on two wheels, combining highways, rural routes, and desert terrain.
The TVS Premium Arena showcased the brand’s performance DNA and motorsports legacy, featuring stunt shows, flat-track training, adventure riding experiences, and a women’s drift championship. The arena also displayed motorcycles, race machines, accessories, and merchandise, enhancing visitor engagement.
TVS Motor also unveiled the Rann Utsav Custom Series, comprising five bespoke motorcycles inspired by the landscapes and cultural heritage of the Rann of Kutch. The custom models, including reimagined versions of the TVS Ronin and Apache series, incorporated hand-painted designs, heritage-inspired accessories, and terrain-focused modifications.
By returning to the festival for a second consecutive year, TVS Motor reaffirmed its long-term collaboration with Gujarat Tourism to build a motorcycling-led experiential platform that integrates performance, community, design, and culture. The company said the initiative aims to invite riders across the country to explore India’s landscapes through curated riding experiences.
TVS Motor Company, which has manufacturing facilities in India and Indonesia and operations in over 80 countries, continues to expand its experiential and community-driven initiatives as part of its broader brand and customer engagement strategy.
