Hyundai Motor India Opens Three New Dealer Showrooms in Pune

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has inaugurated three new dealer showrooms in Pune, Maharashtra, aligning with Hyundai Motor Company’s Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) 2.0 guidelines. Built on the principles of Modernity, Experience, Comfort, and Technology, GDSI 2.0 introduces international standards to provide a digitally advanced, friendly, and comfortable environment at HMIL showrooms. These new showrooms, Kundan Hyundai, Modi Hyundai, and Kothari Hyundai, aim to enhance the car buying experience through the use of technology. The inauguration was led by Mr. Unsoo Kim, Managing Director, HMIL, Mr. Tarun Garg, Chief Operating Officer, HMIL, and Mr. J T Park, Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL.

The GDSI 2.0 concept incorporates several key features designed to enhance the customer experience:

  • A unique, cozy welcome space for customers entering the showroom, making them feel extra special.
  • A private, centrally located consultation area for personalized interactions, ensuring privacy during purchase discussions.
  • An exclusive zone for experiencing themed cars, allowing customers to explore and engage with vehicles in a captivating way, showcasing Hyundai’s latest innovations and designs.
  • Customized product experiences through a state-of-the-art 3D configurator, enabling customers to electronically personalize their favorite Hyundai vehicle by mixing and matching accessories to suit their taste.
