Blue Whale EV, a pioneering end-to-end advisory and service provider to the EV charging community, celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters at 980 Mercantile Drive, Hanover, Maryland. The impressive 10,000+ square foot facility serves as the company’s central hub for sales, storage, and servicing of Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers and EV Charging infrastructure across the Mid-Atlantic region and the United States. Additionally, it houses the headquarters of Critical Peake Electrical Services, Blue Whale EV’s installation and maintenance arm.
Over 200 dignitaries, partners, and invited guests attended the event, where opening remarks were delivered by Scott Swidersky, CMO & CRO, and Scott Shankweiler, President of Blue Whale EV, alongside local dignitaries. The ceremony included a ribbon-cutting and guided tours of the new facility.

Maryland State and local government officials also presented citations to recognize Blue Whale EV’s contributions.
Congressman John Sarbanes, representing the 3rd District of Maryland, commended Blue Whale EV’s dedication to advancing sustainable transportation solutions and fostering a greener future for the community. Council Member Peter Smith of Anne Arundel County applauded the company’s positive impact on the environment and residents’ lives.
