Ather Energy, the electric scooter manufacturer, is set to launch a new family scooter in early 2024, according to CEO Tarun Mehta.
The upcoming scooter will be larger than the current 450 series, offering more space and comfort. Mehta emphasized that the new model will be affordable, serving as the entry-level offering in the company’s lineup.
Alongside the new scooter, updates for the 450 series are also planned for the same timeframe, focusing on maintaining the sleek design while enhancing performance.
Mehta anticipates the 2024 Ather 450 range to deliver refined performance with best-in-class features, acknowledging that these advancements will come with a premium price tag.
The company aims to continue its commitment to providing innovative and high-performance electric two-wheelers.
