In view of Shell’s high safety standards, the safety performance of the charging equipment provided by Kehua is not only higher than the current national standards, but also far higher than the common charging equipment in the market.
1) Civil grade leakage protection design
The integrated DC charging equipment is equipped with type A leakage protection circuit breaker, which reaches the leakage protection standard of civil products in industrial products.
2) Multi-dimensional detection to ensure personal safety
Charging equipment adopts multi-dimensional monitoring, such as dumping, access control, flooding, etc. In case of abnormalities, the two-stage power supply can be disconnected simultaneously to ensure the personal safety of users.
3) Fully enclosed cable against intrusion
The charging equipment uses fully enclosed cable solution, avoiding external material intrusion and improving the level of protection.
4) Multiple active protection tests ensure the safety of charging
Kehua upgrades multiple active protection in software and adopts electronic safety fence to monitor and protect the charging safety of vehicles in real time.
5) Self-development of highly reliable charging module
The charging equipment is equipped with the core charging module independently developed by Kehua, which adopts no relay switching scheme to solve the problem of millisecond interruption of output power that troubles the industry, and eliminate the risk of relay shutting off and pulling arc. Nuclear immersion coating process is adopted to ensure stable operation of equipment components under high salt, high humidity and high temperature conditions.
