Relux Electric Private Limited has reported strong financial and operational growth, with its revenue rising to ₹22.5 crore in the current fiscal from ₹10.7 crore in the previous year, highlighting a sustained upward trajectory over the past three years.
The company has also recorded three consecutive years of positive EBITDA and Profit After Tax (PAT), reflecting robust financial discipline and increasing adoption of electric mobility solutions. Industry observers note that Relux Electric is among a select group of charge point operators (CPOs) demonstrating consistent profitability alongside expansion.
Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Karthikeyan S. stated that the company remains focused on sustainable growth and building a future-ready EV ecosystem. He emphasized that Relux Electric’s multi-channel strategy—spanning public charging, enterprise solutions, EPC services, and technology-driven segments—will support diversified and balanced growth. The company is targeting a revenue milestone of ₹50 crore by FY 2026–27.
As part of its expansion strategy, Relux Electric has collaborated with Tamil Nadu Green Energy Corporation Limited to establish 500 EV charging stations across Tamil Nadu. The initiative is aimed at strengthening the state’s charging infrastructure and supporting its ambition to emerge as a leading electric vehicle hub.
The company’s charging infrastructure model integrates renewable energy sources, battery storage, and high-speed charging capabilities, with capacities ranging from 120 kW to 1 MW. This enables support for both passenger and commercial electric vehicles across long-distance and intra-city operations, while reducing dependence on conventional power grids.
Relux Electric is also accelerating its expansion across key regions in India, particularly in Punjab and Rajasthan, where it has already installed 25 charging stations. The company plans to scale this number to 100 in the near term, alongside exploring new locations in other cities.
In parallel, the company is in advanced discussions with multiple state governments to develop additional EV charging infrastructure, aiming to build a comprehensive nationwide ecosystem. It is also targeting net-zero goals within the current fiscal, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and clean energy adoption.
With consistent financial performance and an expanding infrastructure footprint, Relux Electric continues to strengthen its position as a growing player in India’s electric vehicle ecosystem.
