BMW Group’s MINI brand has showcased the MINI Aceman SE as a fully electric crossover designed for modern urban mobility, positioning it as an ideal companion for city life in Tokyo. The company highlighted the model’s compact dimensions, agile handling, and advanced technology, tailored for dense urban environments and tight parking spaces.

Measuring just over four metres in length, the MINI Aceman bridges the size gap between the MINI Cooper and MINI Countryman, offering seating for five passengers. The Aceman SE features a 160 kW (218 hp) electric motor and 330 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. Its 54.2 kWh battery delivers a range of up to 384 kilometres (WLTP), making it suitable for daily commuting and longer city trips.

The model’s exterior design emphasizes a bold crossover look, showcased in Rebel Red with a Jet Black roof and contrasting accents around the wheel arches. Inside, the cabin features a circular infotainment display, compact sports steering wheel, toggle switch bar, and a panoramic roof that enhances the sense of space. Sport seats and customizable MINI Experience Modes with ambient lighting and sound effects aim to reflect Tokyo’s vibrant urban lifestyle.

MINI also highlighted practical features such as flexible luggage capacity ranging from 300 to 1,005 litres, catering to urban users’ storage needs. The Parking Assistant Professional system can identify available parking spaces and, in some situations, take over parking via smartphone, helping drivers navigate narrow city streets and tight parking spots.

BMW Group said the MINI Aceman represents the brand’s vision for sustainable mobility, combining electric performance, modern design, and smart technology to meet the demands of urban drivers. The model underscores MINI’s focus on electrification and lifestyle-oriented mobility as cities increasingly shift toward cleaner transportation solutions.
