With more than 28 years of experience across the automotive, engineering, and electric vehicle sectors, Goel brings extensive expertise in scaling businesses and launching breakthrough mobility solutions.
Goel has previously held senior leadership roles at Ford Motor Company in Japan, Jay Ace Technologies (a JP Minda Group company), and Greenfuel Energy Solutions, and has also worked as an independent consultant helping EV companies expand operations. His appointment is expected to strengthen Odysse Electric’s corporate structure and drive long-term sustainable value creation.
In his new role, Goel will focus on operational excellence, including streamlining manufacturing and supply chain processes, and strategic expansion, particularly strengthening Odysse Electric’s retail footprint across India.
