Bajaj Rolls Out New Chetak C25 Nationwide with ₹4,299 Early-Bird Discount for First 10,000 Buyers

Bajaj Auto Ltd announced the nationwide retail launch of its all-new electric scooter Chetak C25, introducing a limited-time early bird discount of ₹4,299 for the first 10,000 customers, following strong market response to its recent unveiling.

The scooter, priced at ₹91,399 (ex-showroom Delhi), will now be available at an effective price of ₹87,100 under the introductory offer. Sales have commenced across Chetak showrooms pan India, with deliveries and showroom roll-outs already underway in major cities.

According to the company, the early-bird incentive has been introduced to celebrate the positive customer response and to make electric mobility more accessible for urban commuters seeking convenient and independent transportation.

Designed specifically for city use, the Chetak C25 features a 2.5 kWh battery delivering a certified range of up to 113 km on a single charge. It comes equipped with a premium metal body, a 25-litre under-seat storage boot, hill hold assist, guide-me-home lighting and disc brakes, aimed at enhancing safety and daily usability.

Bajaj said the new model brings a youthful and contemporary design language while retaining the brand’s traditional strengths of durability and reliability. Its compact build and agile handling are expected to suit dense urban traffic conditions.

The C25 joins Bajaj’s existing Chetak 35 and 30 Series, completing the brand’s electric scooter portfolio for varied urban mobility needs. The company noted that the model is positioned to attract both first-time EV buyers and households looking to add a second scooter for daily commuting.

Bajaj Auto, the world’s largest manufacturer of three-wheelers and India’s leading two-wheeler exporter, said the Chetak C25 reflects its continued focus on expanding sustainable mobility options in the domestic market.

With retail sales now underway, the company aims to strengthen Chetak’s presence in India’s rapidly growing electric two-wheeler segment.
