VinFast has officially launched the VF MPV7, a new seven-seat electric multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) designed to serve Vietnamese families with a focus on space, smart technology, and safety. The company said the model is built to meet everyday family transport needs while offering premium features and modern styling.
VinFast described the VF MPV7 as the premium version of the Limo Green, which it called the top model in Vietnam’s MPV segment, aimed at customers looking for higher equipment levels and enhanced design.
Design Focused on Space and Practicality
According to VinFast, the VF MPV7 is designed using a “golden ratio” MPV concept, with wheels pushed toward the corners to maximize interior room. The vehicle features VinFast’s signature design identity, including V-shaped LED daytime running lights, electrically adjustable and foldable side mirrors with integrated turn signals, and 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels to give it a sportier appearance.
Size and Cabin Features
The VF MPV7 measures:
- 4,740 mm in length
- 1,872 mm in width
- 1,734 mm in height
- 2,840 mm wheelbase
VinFast said the MPV offers above-segment interior space and comfort for all seven passengers. The cabin includes:
- A leather-wrapped D-cut steering wheel with multifunction controls
- An electronic gear selector mounted behind the steering wheel
- A 10.1-inch infotainment screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
- Synthetic leather seats
- Automatic air conditioning with PM2.5 filtration and vents for all three rows
With rear seats folded, cargo capacity expands up to 1,240 liters, supporting family travel and daily use.
450 km Range and Fast Charging
VinFast confirmed the VF MPV7 is powered by an electric motor producing:
- 150 kW (201 hp)
- 280 Nm torque
Energy comes from a 60.13 kWh battery, offering up to 450 km driving range per full charge under the NEDC standard. The model also supports fast charging, with the battery capable of charging from 10% to 70% in 30 minutes, the company said.
Smart Features and Safety Technology
VinFast highlighted several smart functions, including an intelligent virtual assistant that supports natural Vietnamese voice interaction across regional accents. The vehicle also connects to a mobile app for remote monitoring and tracking.
On safety, VinFast said the VF MPV7 includes a strong mix of active and passive protection systems, supported by a rigid chassis structure and features such as:
- Rear parking assistance
- Rearview camera
- Cruise control
Pricing, Warranty, and Delivery Schedule
The VF MPV7 is priced at VND 819 million (approximately $31,000). Warranty coverage includes:
- 7 years or 160,000 km for the vehicle
- 8 years or 160,000 km for the battery (whichever comes first)
