VinFast Indonesia has signed strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Goodyear Indonesia, Dunlop, Denso Sales Indonesia, CARfix, and Scuto Paint, marking a major expansion of its electric vehicle (EV) after-sales ecosystem in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing EV markets. The collaborations aim to deliver comprehensive, convenient and high-quality after-sales support as VinFast accelerates its footprint across the Indonesian archipelago.
Under the agreement, Goodyear Indonesia will supply tires for VinFast EVs and support joint maintenance programs and periodic vehicle inspections across its nationwide Autocare network. The partnership will improve service reach, optimize vehicle performance, and enhance peace of mind for owners.
VinFast will also work with Dunlop to certify selected Dunlop Shops as Authorized VinFast Service Workshops. These multi-functional hubs will provide EV maintenance, software updates, tire services, charging station installation, and complete vehicle care—leveraging Dunlop’s expansive service network.
As part of the collaboration with Denso Sales Indonesia, the company’s workshop chain will be certified as an Authorized VinFast Service Workshop. Denso will deliver repair, maintenance, and vehicle care services aligned with international standards, while also supporting technician training and technology transfer to ensure consistency and reliability.
CARfix has been appointed to deliver a full suite of after-sales services including periodic maintenance, wheel alignment, diagnostic checks, engine tune-ups, and general repair. All services will be carried out by technicians trained and certified to meet VinFast’s service standards.
Meanwhile, Scuto Paint—part of the Scuto Group—will serve as VinFast’s official body and paint partner in Indonesia. Its network of modern, EV-ready facilities will handle body repair and painting for the full VinFast lineup, supported by specialized tools and certified technicians.

With these MoUs, VinFast advances its rapidly growing service network, already supported by industry-leading warranty programs, a residual value guarantee scheme, and transparent service processes. The brand currently operates in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, and key regions nationwide.
