Euler Motors has announced the launch of Euler Prime, an on-the-go, real-time vehicle support solution aimed at maximizing uptime for its electric commercial vehicles. The service will initially roll out across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna, before expanding to 45+ cities nationwide.
Designed to provide faster, smarter, and proactive assistance, Euler Prime ensures that customers receive rapid on-site support during vehicle breakdowns. Under the new system, trained technicians will be dispatched on mobile bikes and vans to reach stranded vehicles within committed timelines and resolve issues on location.
At the core of Euler Prime is Shepherd, Euler Motors’ in-house vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables live diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and remote monitoring, detecting potential failures even before drivers notice, and supporting seamless real-time communication between vehicles, service teams, and backend operations.

Euler Prime will be available to:
- All new Euler customers
- Existing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers
- Existing customers on a paid basis
In urban regions, Prime teams aim to reach vehicles within 90 minutes, while outer-city and highway assistance will typically be resolved within 4–5 hours, depending on location.
With the launch of Euler Prime, Euler Motors strengthens its commitment to building a reliable EV ownership ecosystem, emphasizing uptime, responsiveness, and customer-first service. The company reiterates its promise: “We shall never leave you on the road, alone.”
