iGowise Mobility, a pioneering Indian electric vehicle (EV) startup focused on urban and family mobility, has announced the launch of its nationwide customer experience franchise program. The initiative aims to democratize access to light electric vehicles while empowering local entrepreneurs to build premium, community-centric mobility hubs.
Under Phase 1, the company will roll out its franchise network across the Greater Bengaluru Area, Hyderabad, Pune, and Panjim over the next six months. Phase 2 will extend to South and Central India within 9–12 months, followed by international expansion into Kenya and Nigeria in Phase 3.

Each iGo experience center will be designed with a focus on safety-conscious family users, placing special emphasis on the needs of women and senior citizens. Centers will offer at-home test rides, enabling customers to experience full vehicle ownership even before purchase.
The company promises a strong after-sales service ecosystem built on predictive mitigation, remote assistance, and assured availability of spare parts. Franchise partners will receive comprehensive training on maintenance and customer handling to ensure a seamless service experience.
