StarCharge and Jardine Engineering Corporation Partner to Develop Charging Networks and Microgrid Solutions in Asia

StarCharge and the Jardine Engineering Corporation Limited (JEC), a leading engineering solutions provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Jardine Matheson Group, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the development of charging networks and microgrid solutions.

The MoU was signed by Ethan Li, CEO of StarCharge, and Noky Wong, Chief Executive of JEC, in a ceremony witnessed by Echo Shao, Chairman of StarCharge, and Elton Chan, Chief Executive of Jardine Pacific.

Under the agreement, both companies will work together across Hong Kong, Macao, and Southeast Asia on initiatives including the construction and operation of EV charging networks and microgrids, building maintenance capabilities, and establishing joint investment funds to accelerate sustainable energy infrastructure development.
