Montra Electric, the clean mobility arm of the Murugappa Group, has expanded its retail presence in Maharashtra with the launch of two exclusive electric Small Commercial Vehicle (e-SCV) dealerships in Bhiwandi and Panvel. Operated by Autobahn VoltiGo, the new outlets mark Montra Electric’s continued growth in India’s largest logistics market and strengthen its footprint across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Strategically located within Maharashtra’s key industrial and logistics corridors, the dealerships will provide customers with improved access to Montra Electric’s advanced e-SCV range, backed by comprehensive after-sales and service support for fleet operators and entrepreneurs.
The showrooms will retail Montra Electric’s flagship EViator, a high-performance e-SCV engineered for intercity and intracity cargo movement. With a certified range of 245 km and a real-world range exceeding 170 km, the EViator is powered by an 80 kW motor delivering 300 Nm of torque, ensuring best-in-class payload capacity, high uptime, and low total cost of ownership. The vehicle is also equipped with intelligent telematics and comes with a 7-year or 2.5 lakh km extended warranty.
