JBM Auto Q2FY26 Profit Rises 6.3%; Secures Landmark Order for 113 Electric Buses from Indian Army

JBM Auto Limited, one of India’s leading automotive and electric vehicle manufacturers, has reported a 6.31% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹52.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26), compared to ₹49.15 crore in the same period last year.

The company’s total sales, including other operating income, increased by 6.40% to ₹1,368.24 crore from ₹1,285.98 crore in Q2FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) surged by 14.59% to ₹74.39 crore, up from ₹64.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

JBM Auto’s EBITDA grew 11.39% to ₹194.72 crore compared to ₹174.81 crore in Q2FY25, while earnings per share (EPS) rose to ₹2.23 from ₹2.09 last year.

For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, the company posted total sales of ₹2,622.12 crore, with a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹88.84 crore.

The company was the only Indian OEM, for the second consecutive year, to unveil an electric bus at the event.
  3. Record Component Business Performance: The component division achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q2.
  4. Toolroom Milestone: The Toolroom business also registered its best-ever sales performance for a second quarter.
