In a major step toward accelerating India’s electric mobility revolution, BattRE Electric Mobility, one of the country’s fastest-growing electric two-wheeler manufacturers, has introduced its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering in Jaipur through a strategic partnership with Battery Smart, India’s leading battery-swapping network for electric two- and three-wheelers.

Under this initiative, fleet operator Beez Electric has been enabled with the deployment of over 1,000 BattRE e-scooters, powered entirely by Battery Smart’s advanced Battery Swapping Technology. The collaboration ensures Beez riders seamless access to more than 100 Battery Smart swap stations across Jaipur, allowing them to replace a depleted battery with a fully charged one in under two minutes. This eliminates long charging downtimes and significantly boosts fleet uptime, operational efficiency, and rider convenience.

“With Battery Smart’s extensive swapping infrastructure, our Beez customers can now swap batteries at over 100 stations across Jaipur, ensuring uninterrupted rides and maximizing vehicle utilization,” said Nishchal Chaudhary, CEO & Managing Director of BattRE Electric Mobility. “This partnership reflects our commitment to making EV adoption easier, more economical, and scalable for both individual riders and fleet operators.”

The collaboration promises to set new benchmarks in fleet electrification, positioning Jaipur as a key hub for sustainable mobility solutions. For fleet operators like Beez Electric, it delivers enhanced operational efficiency and better economics by keeping vehicles on the road for longer durations. End users benefit from the convenience and reliability of widespread swap stations, while the city gains from reduced carbon emissions and a smaller dependence on fossil-fuel-based transport.

Looking ahead, BattRE and Battery Smart plan to scale this deployment model nationwide, with Jaipur serving as the pilot city. The companies aim to expand Battery Swapping technology solutions across multiple fleets and urban centers throughout 2026, supporting India’s transition toward cleaner, greener, and more efficient transportation.
