Ola Electric, India’s largest pure-play EV company, has achieved a landmark milestone by rolling out its one-millionth vehicle from the Futurefactory in Krishnagiri. The milestone, achieved in under four years since production began in 2021, underscores Ola’s rapid rise as the country’s EV two-wheeler leader.
To mark the occasion, the company unveiled a special edition Roadster X+ in a striking midnight blue with sporty red accents across the dual-tone seat, rims, and battery pack. Adding to its sustainability focus, the edition features badges crafted from recycled copper waste and electroplated bar ends.
“This milestone is a celebration of every Indian who trusted us and believed in our mission,” an Ola Electric spokesperson said. “In four years, we’ve gone from an idea to becoming India’s EV two-wheeler leader. Our mission is clear: #EndICEAge and make India the global EV hub.”
At its annual ‘Sankalp’ event, Ola also announced the launch of its 4680 Bharat Cell-integrated vehicles, starting with:
- S1 Pro+ (5.2 kWh) priced at ₹1,69,999
- Roadster X+ (9.1 kWh) priced at ₹1,89,999
Deliveries for both models will begin this Navratri.
Expanding its portfolio, Ola entered the sports scooter category with the new S1 Pro Sport, offered with 5.2 kWh and 4 kWh battery packs powered by the Bharat Cell. The model carries an introductory price of ₹1,49,999, with deliveries scheduled from January 2026.
With strong demand for its S1 scooter range and the recent launch of the Roadster X motorcycle, Ola Electric has become a central force in India’s EV revolution. The one-million milestone further cements its ambition to build world-class EVs designed, engineered, and manufactured in India.
