Cadillac has pulled the wraps off its Elevated Velocity concept, an all-electric, high-performance luxury crossover that merges V-Series performance heritage with off-road capability and futuristic design. The debut comes ahead of its public showcase at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering.
Positioned as a 2+2 ultra-luxury EV, Elevated Velocity features a lifted platform, bold Vapor Blue exterior with gull-wing doors, and 24-inch wheels designed for both precision on-road driving and power off-road performance. The concept integrates advanced technologies with bespoke craftsmanship, offering multiple driving and experience modes.
Key drive modes include e-Velocity for intense on-road performance, Terra Mode for peak off-road capability, and Sand Vision for visibility in extreme desert conditions. The Elements Defy feature uses dust-phobic vibration to keep the exterior pristine.
Inside, the cabin is draped in deep red Morello leather, Cerise fabric, and Garnet boucle, with brushed metal accents and high-end functional details. The interior transforms based on selected modes:
- Welcome Mode — Soft white illumination, gull-wing door lift, animated steering wheel, and brand lighting.
- Elevate Mode — Autonomous driving with retracting controls, red light therapy, synchronized breathing lights, and cabin climate optimization.
- Velocity Mode — Cool white lighting, focused cockpit, and AR HUD navigation for high-speed driving.
Luxury meets adventure in details like integrated air filtration, extreme climate adaptation, a vault compartment for valuables, and a bespoke polo set finished in Vapor Blue and Morello red.
Cadillac says the Elevated Velocity concept embodies its “Art of Exhilaration” philosophy, hinting at future design language for production models. While not intended for sale, it reinforces the brand’s push into electric ultra-luxury performance.
