Nawgati, India’s pioneering fuel-tech platform, has been selected for the Google for Startups Accelerator: Apps program, joining an exclusive cohort of 20 startups from across the country. The program focuses on AI-driven app innovations, with Nawgati representing the mobility and fuel-tech sector as the only mobility-focused app in the group.
Over the next three months, Nawgati will receive mentorship and support from Google’s global teams in AI, product development, user experience, business growth, and leadership strategy. The collaboration aims to help scale its app, already used by thousands of drivers and two-wheeler riders across India.
“This opportunity will accelerate our technological evolution and sharpen our ability to create value for fuel station owners, fleet operators, and everyday consumers,” said Vaibhav Kaushik, CEO and Co-founder of Nawgati.
Nawgati’s AI-powered platform provides real-time data on fuel stations, route-based recommendations, and discovery features to make fueling more predictable and efficient, reducing wait times for commuters.
Backed by GAIL (India) Ltd., MeitY Startup Hub, the Department of Science and Technology, All in Capital, Ajay Upadhyaya, and the Deepak Bhagnani Family Office, Nawgati continues to expand its role in India’s connected mobility ecosystem.
