A highlight of the forum was a presentation by Mr. Wang Shansheng, Marketing Director of the EV Business Unit at Cybrid Technologies Inc.. As a pioneer in film-based CCS, Cybrid has long focused on functional polymer materials centered on adhesives. Mr. Wang provided a detailed walkthrough of the four-generation evolution of their insulation film technology:

  • 1st Generation Hot Press Film (TS4030B): Operating at 150–170 °C with 15–20 minutes pressure hold. Laid the initial foundation for industrial application.
  • 2nd Generation Hot Press Film (TS4030B-2): Operating at 130–150 °C with 8–15 minutes hold. Improved production efficiency.
  • 3rd Generation Low-Temperature Fast-Press Film (TS4030B-L): Operating at 120–130 °C with just 1–2 minutes hold. Greatly reduced energy consumption and cycle time.
  • 4th Generation Radiation-Cured Film (SW-TC1502L): Operates at room temperature with only 15–30 seconds of pressure hold. Represents a revolutionary leap, enabling mass production at scale.
