VinFast Auto India, the Indian arm of global electric vehicle (EV) giant VinFast, has announced a strategic after-sales service collaboration with myTVS, one of India’s leading automotive service providers. The partnership aims to establish 120 Extended Service Workshops across the country as VinFast accelerates its entry into the Indian electric vehicle market.
This move is a part of VinFast’s broader strategy to enhance customer experience and reinforce its after-sales service infrastructure. The collaboration with myTVS will complement the upcoming VinFast dealership and service network, ensuring widespread access to maintenance and support services for its growing customer base.
Under the agreement, myTVS will provide comprehensive service coverage for VinFast customers, offering facilities equipped with genuine parts, state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, and a workforce of highly trained technicians. These workshops will help build a dependable service network that supports the company’s mission to promote sustainable mobility in India.
