MINI has unveiled the Aceman E, an all‑electric crossover that slots neatly between the three‑door MINI Cooper and the larger MINI Countryman, promising trademark go‑kart handling, room for five, and up to 309 km of WLTP‑rated range.

At 4.07 m long, the Aceman E is tailor‑made for tight city streets, yet its “Clever Use of Space” layout frees up 300 L of luggage capacity (expandable to 1,005 L with the rear seats folded). Design cues include an octagonal front grille, striking LED headlights, flared 18‑inch two‑tone wheels, and roof rails that hint at weekend adventures.

Under the hood — or rather, under the floor — a 42.5 kWh lithium‑ion battery feeds a 184 hp (135 kW) motor driving the front wheels. MINI says the Aceman E hits 0–100 km/h in 7.9 s and tops out at 160 km/h, while sipping just 14.7–14.1 kWh/100 km (WLTP). Fast‑charging capability means the battery can be topped up quickly on public DC chargers, and owners can schedule charging sessions, pre‑condition the cabin, and monitor costs via the MINI App.

Four trims let buyers tailor the Aceman E’s personality:

  • Essential, Classic, Favoured – each with distinct exterior/interior accents
  • John Cooper Works (JCW) Trim – motorsport‑inspired body kit in high‑gloss black with splashes of Chili Red

Inside, the cockpit stays true to MINI tradition: a compact steering wheel, round OLED central display, and toggle switches dominate a cabin lined with high‑contrast textiles and sustainable materials.

“Aceman E delivers everyday versatility without diluting the agility that defines MINI,” said Micaela Sandstede, Head of Communications MINI. “It’s urban‑friendly, adventure‑ready, and fully electric.”

The Aceman E arrives in European showrooms later this year, with market‑specific pricing to be announced.
