Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML), the e-mobility arm of Greaves Cotton Limited, has announced the appointment of Mr. Vikas Singh as its new Managing Director, effective June 2, 2025. His leadership marks a significant milestone in GEML’s journey as it strengthens its foothold in India’s burgeoning electric vehicle (EV) sector.
Bringing with him a wealth of experience in consumer-facing industries and regulated environments, Mr. Singh is poised to lead GEML’s strategic expansion and innovation in sustainable mobility. The current management team will report to him as the company accelerates efforts to make smart and eco-friendly mobility solutions accessible to every Indian.
An alumnus of FMS, University of Delhi, Mr. Singh has held leadership positions in both Indian and multinational organizations, making him well-equipped to steer GEML toward greater market penetration and industry transformation.
