In a landmark move to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in India, Statiq has announced a strategic partnership with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), one of the nation’s foremost oil marketing companies. Through this collaboration, Statiq will integrate HPCL’s entire EV charging infrastructure — both existing and upcoming — into its mobile app via its flagship EVLinq platform.
This integration will bring over 5,100 chargers, including approximately 2,900 DC fast chargers, from HPCL’s network onto the Statiq platform. This development significantly enhances Statiq’s presence in the EV charging landscape, positioning it as a key enabler of accessible and seamless EV charging nationwide.
HPCL, with a network of more than 23,000 fuel stations across the country and aggressive EV infrastructure expansion under the Government of India’s PM eDrive scheme, is set to play a transformative role in the country’s green mobility goals.
Statiq’s EVLinq platform will provide real-time visibility and access to HPCL chargers, allowing users to locate, navigate to, and use EV chargers with ease. The platform offers unified access, robust backend monitoring, and interoperability with various EV charging protocols — critical for a smooth and scalable EV ecosystem.
“This partnership not only adds scale to our network but also reinforces our mission to make EV charging seamless and convenient for every Indian EV owner,” said Mr. Raghav Arora, Co-founder and CTO of Statiq. “EVLinq is designed to power such nationwide integrations, and we’re excited about what this means for the future of EV mobility in India.”
With this development, Statiq continues to strengthen its position as India’s leading EV charging aggregator. The integration of HPCL’s network underlines the company’s broader mission to unify India’s fragmented EV landscape into a single, intelligent, and highly accessible network.
As India continues its transition toward a cleaner, greener transportation future, collaborations like these are expected to play a pivotal role in driving large-scale EV adoption and infrastructure development.
