In a game-changing move for the U.S. trucking industry, Windrose Technology, a global electric vehicle leader, has officially launched the first-ever all-electric long-haul sleeper truck in the United States. Unveiled in partnership with JoyRide Logistics and EO Charging, this zero-emission Class 8 truck is now commercially operational, boasting a remarkable 420-mile range and purpose-built for long-haul freight.

The pioneering rollout begins in Arizona, California, and Nevada, with a nationwide expansion already in the works.

“This isn’t just a prototype or promise—this is a fully operational, long-range electric truck that’s ready to haul freight today,” said Wen Han, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Windrose.

Built for the Road, Proven Across Continents

Windrose’s electric sleeper truck is the result of rigorous global field testing, having logged thousands of miles across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and North America. In a recent U.S. test, it completed a 2,800-mile coast-to-coast journey using only public charging stations, showcasing real-world readiness. Another test run included a 3,000+ mile cargo delivery from Hong Kong to Kazakhstan.
