Lucid Group, Inc., known for producing some of the world’s most advanced electric vehicles, has officially introduced the 2026 Lucid Gravity—a groundbreaking SUV designed to deliver luxury, performance, utility, and efficiency without trade-offs.
A True All-in-One SUV
The Lucid Gravity blends the spaciousness of a full-size, three-row SUV with the exhilarating performance of a luxury sports car. It offers up to 450 miles of EPA-estimated range, ultra-fast charging that adds 200 miles in under 11 minutes, and a built-in NACS charge port for seamless public charging access. “Lucid Gravity is the first SUV that truly compromises nothing,” said Eric Bach, SVP Product at Lucid. “It reimagines what an SUV can be, offering an unprecedented combination of comfort and space, ride and handling, practicality and range, and with today’s announcements, exceptional charging performance and convenience. “Lucid Gravity offers next-level fast charging speeds and seamless Plug & Charge access to the top charging networks including Tesla Superchargers and Electrify America,” added Emad Dlala, SVP of Powertrain at Lucid. “To enable this experience for our customers, we developed new, unique technology to allow the 926V Lucid Gravity to charge seamlessly at up to 400 kW on 1000V charging equipment and at sustained speeds of up to 225 kW on 500V architecture fast chargers, including Tesla V3 Superchargers.”
Inside, the Gravity is built for flexibility and comfort. In the seven-passenger configuration, it offers over 111 cubic feet of usable cargo space, while the five-passenger version delivers a class-leading 120 cubic feet. Sliding second-row seats and available integrated convenience tables create a premium experience for all passengers. Even with seven adults on board, the Gravity provides over 21 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row.
Industry-Leading Charging Tech
Lucid has patented an innovative system that boosts 500V charging station output to match its 926V battery pack via a proprietary rear motor drive unit. This cutting-edge approach avoids the limitations of pack-splitting systems and maximizes compatibility across both 500V and 1000V charging networks, offering consistently fast and efficient charging.
A Next-Level User Experience
The Lucid Gravity debuts the Clearview Cockpit, featuring a floating 34-inch curved 6K OLED display seamlessly integrated above a redesigned steering wheel. A new horizontal Full HD Pilot Panel with a quick-access touch bar complements the cockpit, while an optional augmented reality head-up display projects key info into the driver’s field of view.
Powering it all is Lucid UX 3.0, a fully customizable and intuitive operating system that enables continuous improvements via over-the-air updates—making the Gravity a truly software-defined vehicle.
Performance That Redefines the SUV
Built on a new platform engineered specifically for SUV dynamics, the Lucid Gravity Grand Touring features dual motors and all-wheel drive, generating 828 horsepower and launching from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds. Braking is handled by high-performance calipers co-developed with Brembo, ensuring strong, consistent stopping power.
For precise handling and agility, Gravity introduces a rear-axle steering system, evolved from the one found in a top-tier European sports car. It improves both high-speed cornering and low-speed maneuverability in tight spaces.

An adjustable air suspension comes standard, delivering a plush ride across varied terrain, while the available towing package offers up to 6,000 lbs. of towing capacity—making Gravity as capable as it is luxurious.
