Mercedes-Benz and U.S.-based JDS Development Group have officially launched sales for the second tower at Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami. On February 5, the unveiling of the exclusive Silver Arrow Lounge coincided with the grand opening of the Sales Gallery, a space designed to showcase the project’s sophisticated interiors. Spanning over 2.5 million square feet, Mercedes-Benz Places is the brand’s first real estate venture in the U.S. and one of Florida’s largest ongoing developments.

Following the early 2024 sales release of Tower 1, which saw 100 residences sold within four days, construction is well underway on the 67-story high-rise. The newly opened Sales Gallery offers a preview of the residential interiors and an exclusive look at the Silver Arrow Lounge—an elevated rooftop retreat featuring a 16-meter swimming pool, expansive sun deck, and design elements inspired by the iconic Mercedes-Benz “Silver Arrows” racing cars. The gallery embodies the project’s defining characteristics: sleek modernity, premium materials, and meticulous craftsmanship. “With construction of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami well underway, we are laying the foundation for one of the most ambitious and innovative residential projects in Florida. Together with our partner JDS Development Group, we will showcase outstanding architecture, which is undeniably Mercedes-Benz and deliver a community experience that is second to none.” said, Eva Wiese, Head of Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH

Beyond the residences, the surrounding Southside Park area is being transformed by acclaimed landscape architects Field Operations. The reimagined space will feature winding pathways, lush native vegetation, multi-use playgrounds, padel and basketball courts, and direct connectivity to the Underline Park system, creating a seamless blend of urban living and natural tranquility.
