JBM Auto Reports 7.8% Profit Growth in Q3 FY25, Expands EV Portfolio

JBM Auto Limited, a leading automotive and electric vehicle manufacturer, announced its consolidated results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The company reported a 7.80% year-on-year increase in net profit, reaching Rs. 52.42 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to Rs. 48.63 crore in Q3 FY24.

Sales, including other operating income, rose by 3.71% to Rs. 1,396.15 crore from Rs. 1,346.17 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 72.75 crore, reflecting a 10.38% increase from Rs. 65.91 crore in Q3 FY24. EBITDA surged by 20.29% to Rs. 192.83 crore, up from Rs. 160.30 crore in the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) for Q3 FY25 improved to Rs. 4.45, compared to Rs. 4.12 in Q3 FY24.

Strategic Developments

The Board of Directors approved the sub-division of existing equity shares with a face value of Rs. 2.00 each into shares of Rs. 1.00 each, which was subsequently approved by the shareholders of JBM Auto Ltd.
