Statiq Ends 2024 on a High Note, Expanding EV Charging Network and Driving Green Mobility

Statiq, a leading name in India’s EV charging solutions sector, concluded 2024 with remarkable achievements, cementing its pivotal role in advancing the nation’s electric mobility transition. The company expanded its EV charging network to 8,000 chargers across 65 cities, securing a 22% market share in the rapidly growing segment.

Key Deployments and Expansions
This year saw Statiq deploying chargers at high-profile locations, including DoubleTree by Hilton Bangalore, Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow, Express Avenue Mall in Chennai, Nexus Koramangala Mall in Bengaluru, and DLF Infinity. These strategic placements aim to make EV charging more accessible and convenient for Indian consumers.

Statiq also entered the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market with the launch of NECTAR 7.4kW AC charger, a compact and efficient solution tailored for Indian EV owners. By the end of 2025, the company plans to scale its network to 20,000 chargers, with a focus on tier-2 cities, highways, and tourist hubs.

Statiq strengthened its influence in the EV ecosystem by collaborating with Google Maps, Bharat Petroleum, Hyundai, Tata, BMW, and Noida International Airport. Its in-house team of 45+ engineers developed chargers ranging from compact 3.3kW models to powerful 240kW DC chargers, ensuring compatibility with a wide variety of vehicles.

Positioning for the Future
With India aiming for 80 million EVs on the road by 2030, Statiq is poised to meet the rising demand for reliable EV infrastructure. The company envisions a shift toward software-driven revenue models, complementing its robust hardware solutions.
