Vayve Mobility, a rising innovator in the automotive sector, is set to unveil its highly anticipated solar-powered electric car, Eva, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo in New Delhi, scheduled for January 17 to 22, 2025. Following a successful debut at the Auto Expo 2023, where Eva captivated thousands of visitors, the new version promises to redefine compact, eco-friendly commuting, addressing challenges like urban traffic, limited parking, and rising fuel prices.

The Eva features an impressive range of 250 km per charge, with the added benefit of generating 3,000 km annually from solar power. Designed with modern city living in mind, the car boasts a high-voltage powertrain that supports super-fast charging, allowing it to gain 50 km of range in just five minutes.

With quick acceleration (0 to 40 km/h in 5 seconds) and a top speed of 70 km/h, Eva is built for daily urban commutes. It also includes advanced features such as smartphone integration, vehicle diagnostics, remote monitoring, and over-the-air updates.

Eva’s operational costs are significantly lower than traditional petrol cars, with a fuel cost of just Rs 0.5 per kilometer compared to Rs 5 for a conventional vehicle, making it a highly affordable and sustainable option for urban families.

Nilesh Bajaj, Co-founder and CEO of Vayve Mobility, stated, “Eva meets the needs of evolving modern consumers. With the inclusion of solar power and smart connectivity, Eva provides a futuristic yet accessible solution for urban mobility, making it an ideal second car for families.”

Eva is specifically designed for Indian urban commuters, with an average daily commute of under 35 km. Vayve Mobility, focusing on innovation in the small car segment, offers a product that combines practicality with aspiration.

The unveiling of Eva at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo is expected to generate significant attention, as it marks a major step forward in the development of sustainable urban mobility solutions in India.
