VinFast Auto has officially begun deliveries of its flagship VF 9 all-electric SUV in the United States. Designed as a spacious, eco-friendly solution for families, the seven-passenger, three-row SUV enters the competitive American market with prices starting at $69,800 for the Eco trim and $73,800 for the Plus trim.
The first customers received their VF 9 vehicles during a special event held at VinFast’s Los Angeles headquarters. To mark the launch, VinFast announced a limited-time lease offer for the first 100 VF 9 Plus vehicles, available at $529 per month with a $3,500 discount and a $2,000 down payment.
Premium Features and Performance
The VF 9 is built for families, offering generous dimensions of 201.5 inches in length, 78.9 inches in width, and 66.7 inches in height. With a ground clearance of 7.2 inches, it is ready for varied terrains.
Powered by dual electric motors and available in all-wheel drive, the VF 9 delivers an EPA-estimated range of 330 miles for the Eco version and 291 miles for the Plus version. It comes equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and a 15.6-inch customizable touchscreen, enabling streaming, web browsing, and navigation.
Without an internal combustion engine, the VF 9 offers increased cargo space, including a front trunk (frunk), making it practical for long trips or daily use. Safety features include 11 airbags, and the SUV’s software receives ongoing updates to enhance the driving experience.

VinFast backs the VF 9 with an industry-leading 10-year or 125,000-mile warranty, along with 24/7 roadside assistance and mobile repair services.
Expanding U.S. Presence
VinFast’s U.S. network includes 15 stores and four service centers in California, supported by partnerships with 36 dealerships across 15 states. This growing infrastructure underscores VinFast’s commitment to delivering a seamless ownership experience for American drivers.
