Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, the maker of Joy e-bike and Joy e-rik, has announced a strategic joint venture with SpeedForce, one of India’s leading two-wheeler service chains. This collaboration aims to revolutionize the after-sales experience for electric vehicle (EV) customers and broaden the reach of Joy e-bike products across the country.
Under the partnership, SpeedForce’s extensive network of over 350 service centers will provide maintenance for Joy e-bikes, offering access to more than 1,000 touchpoints nationwide. With an average of 150 vehicles serviced per outlet monthly, this venture has the potential to reach an additional 50,000 customers every month. Notably, SpeedForce outlets will now also serve as retail points for Joy e-bike models, making it easier for customers to purchase and maintain their vehicles in one location.
The initiative is expected to significantly expand Joy e-bike’s footprint, particularly in underserved areas such as Northeast India’s Seven Sisters region, where Wardwizard’s presence has been limited. Customers will benefit from end-to-end service and maintenance, including the availability of spare parts, lubricants, and technical support at SpeedForce centers.
