Oben Electric, a homegrown electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has unveiled its latest product, the Rorr EZ electric motorcycle, designed to offer a seamless and efficient commuting experience for daily riders. The new model, which expands on the popular Rorr product line, is launched at an introductory price of ₹89,999 (ex-showroom) for a limited time.
The Rorr EZ aims to address common challenges faced by city commuters, including frequent clutch and gear shifting, vibrations, and rising fuel and maintenance costs. Available in three battery variants – 2.6 kWh, 3.4 kWh, and 4.4 kWh – the Rorr EZ promises a smoother, more comfortable ride with automatic transmission, eliminating the need for traditional gear shifting.
With a focus on high-performance technology, the Rorr EZ features cutting-edge LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) battery technology, known for its superior temperature resistance, extended lifespan, and exceptional reliability. This innovation positions Oben Electric as a pioneer in electric two-wheeler battery technology in India. The motorcycle reaches a top speed of 95 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. It offers an extended range of up to 175 km (IDC) on a single charge and includes fast-charging capabilities, achieving 80% charge in 45 minutes.

Designed with Oben Electric’s signature neo-classic aesthetic, the Rorr EZ features a colour-segmented LED display, offering rider diagnostics and enhanced visibility. Riders can choose from three drive modes – Eco, City, and Havoc – to optimize battery life or achieve peak performance. The motorcycle also includes advanced safety features such as UBA (User Behaviour Analysis), Geo-Fencing, Theft Protection, and DAS (Dynamic Adjustment System).
The Rorr EZ is available in four vibrant colors: Electro Amber, Surge Cyan, Lumina Green, and Photon White. Oben Electric is currently accepting bookings for the Rorr EZ with an initial deposit of ₹2,999. The motorcycle is available for test rides and deliveries through Oben Electric’s existing stores, with flexible EMI options starting at ₹2,200 per month.
Oben Electric also offers a comprehensive warranty of up to 5 years or 75,000 km, along with after-sales support through Oben Care.
In an effort to expand its reach, Oben Electric plans to open 60 new showrooms across key cities in India, building on its presence in Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi, Jaipur, and Kerala. This expansion aligns with the company’s commitment to making electric mobility accessible to every part of India.
