Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML), a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), has cemented its place as India’s leading commercial electric vehicle manufacturer, achieving the sale of over 200,000 electric vehicles to date. The company continues to dominate the small commercial EV sector, with innovative products tailored to the growing needs of last-mile logistics and urban transportation.
The MLMML product lineup features India’s largest selection of advanced small commercial EVs, including the popular Treo, e-Alfa, and Zor Grand three-wheelers. Building on its established success, MLMML has recently introduced the Mahindra ZEO, an electric four-wheeler in the sub-2-ton segment, marking the company’s entry into the electric four-wheeler commercial category.
According to SIAM data, MLMML holds a commanding 41.2% market share in the L5 three-wheeler EV segment, which has reached a 21.7% penetration rate, year-to-date for FY25. In the past 17 months, MLMML sold over 100,000 units, underscoring its market dominance and steady expansion in a competitive industry. To keep pace with demand, production at the company’s plants in Bengaluru, Haridwar, and Zaheerabad has ramped up significantly.
Celebrating the milestone, MLMML launched “UDAY NXT,” a customer loyalty program offering a ₹20 lakh accidental insurance cover for drivers, career counseling for customers’ children, and business and finance guidance. This initiative builds on the original UDAY program, reflecting MLMML’s customer-centric approach.
Ms. Suman Mishra, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, remarked, “At Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, sustainability is not a choice but a promise to our future generations. Our collaborative, agile, and bold efforts have helped reimagine the last mile ecosystem with reliable products and integrated solutions. Reaching the milestone of 200,000 electric vehicles reflects our dedication to innovation and addressing the evolving needs of urban logistics.”
